Nicki Minaj Performs On ‘SNL’ Season Finale
Nicki Minaj returned to “Saturday Night Live” to close out Season 43 with two kick-ass performances. Following an introduction from host Tina Fey, the rap queen performed her top 10 hit “Chun-Li” for the first time on television.
Donning a sparkly black robe and chopsticks in her hair, she emerged under a glowing Chinese arch with four ninja dancers by her side. After busting some killer moves, she removed her robe to reveal a sexy patent leather outfit, inspired by the “Street Fighter” character. Flanked by two female dancers, Ms. King Kong capped off her first performance as strobe lights filled the stage.
Nicki is gearing up to release her fourth album Queen, the follow-up to 2014’s The Pinkprint, on June 15. She has called the project her favorite so far, “W/o a shadow of a fkng doubt.”
