Who is Portable? how did he get to meet & feature Olamide

Four days ago, rapper Olamide was spotted in an emotional video currently making the rounds on social media.

From indications, the rapper met with upcoming music star, Portable, and what ensued between them afterwards was really emotional.

The clip which is currently going around captured Portable, the Zazu master, on his knees as he wrapped his arms around the indigenous rap star, Olamide. He was seen crying profusely as he mouthed Olamide’s name and said something that sounded like “Baddo, I’ll miss you’’.

Olamide, on the other hand, also wrapped his arms around the young man and allowed him to experience his emotional state.

Who Is Portable?

27 year old and father of 1, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known Portable, alias Omolalomi son of Shaku Shaku, Street Problem, Wahala Musician or Idamu Adugbo yin, hails from Ogun State.

He has been into music for 10 years before his final break through, discovery and recognition from Baddo.

How Did Portable Get To Meet Olamide?

Portable was introduced to Olamide by Poco Lee and immediately, Olamide picked interest and called up to make a song the next day with him. Song titled “Zazu Zeh!!!” currently street banger.

MY THOUGHTS

Olamide practically made the young man popular overnight.

I’m happy for him even though I’m not a fan of his type of music. Besides, I don’t vibe to gragra songs hahaha. But then, the young man is talented. I love his energy atleast.

But this kin upcoming artiste wey never blow but he don draw tattoo full everywhere with one thousand five naira bling bling for neck and hands. Nawao

Now he has managed to meet and feature one of the biggest rapper in Africa (Olamide) for FREE, he should better be serious with his career and stay away from controversies and drugs.

Alot of upcoming artistes out there are on daily basis praying for this opportunity.

He really need to be careful with Olamide to avoid crying had I known las las. Music is business and more like investment.

He should know that Olamide is a businessman just like Don Jazzy and every other Music Executives out there. Nobi tomorrow now he’d come on social media and cry how Olamide take use and dump him. Music is business and nobody would invest in an unserious or seasonal artiste.

Most of these upcoming artistes are lazy. They feel like once you release one hit and get signed by big record label that it’s finished and you’ve arrived forgetting that it’s just a start point.

As an upcoming artiste, you have to show whoever that is willing to invest in you that you’re not just a one time lucky hit song creator. You have to give all your best. Nobody wanna invest in an unserious or seasonal artiste.

Olamide may or may not sign him sha, but the collabo is a big plus. Atleast his name, songs and photos are everywhere. It’s a starting point.

QUESTIONS?

1. Do You Think Olamide Will Sign Portable Into YBNL Record or Not?

2. Do You See Portable Taking Over The Street Gbedu In 2022 or Not?

Let’s hear from you guys
